AI Features
What’s included in a processed episode?
Each processed episode has these tabs:
- Summary: An overview of the episode, with chapters and key Q&A
- Mindmap: The episode’s structure as an interactive mind map
- Transcript: The full text with speaker labels and timestamps. Jump from any line to that moment in the audio.
- Clips: The moments you’ve saved from this episode
- Keywords: Key terms and concepts mentioned in the episode
- Highlights: The most memorable quotes and insights
- Shownotes: The publisher’s original show notes
What’s the difference between Ask AI and Chat?
- Ask AI answers questions using content from across podcasts on Podwise, such as “What do investors say about AI agents?”. Find it in the Ask AI tab. Your past questions are saved in your Ask AI history.
- Chat answers questions about a single episode. Its answers are based only on that episode’s transcript, which is useful for digging into details. Open it from an episode page.
Ask AI has a daily limit that depends on your plan. Chat requires a subscription. Neither uses processing credits.
How do I translate an episode?
Open a processed episode, open the translation menu, choose a language, and click Translate. You can translate into English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Czech, and Hindi.
Translations are unlimited for subscribers and don’t use processing credits. After an episode is translated, you can switch between the original and the translation, and export either one.
How accurate are transcripts and summaries?
Transcripts and summaries are generated by AI, so they can occasionally contain mistakes, such as misheard names or technical terms. Accuracy is best for clear audio in a supported language.
If an episode’s content looks wrong, email support@podwise.ai with the episode link.
Can I copy the transcript or download the mind map?
Yes, with a subscription:
- Click Copy Transcript on the Transcript tab to copy the full text.
- Download the mind map as an XMind file from the Mindmap tab.
